“ As I had stated earlier in my initial review, my visiting Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was inspired by my previous visits and the rain that was about to besiege Virginia. I was fortunate that I was on Drainsville road and turning in to Route 7, which had three turning lanes and one leading right to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. So, I paid them a visit via the drivethru, euchre is very convenient coming off of Route 7. However, I had the misfortune of being behind a customer that didnt know what to order, and when he did he had a thousand questions about his meal. He took another two to three minutes to get adoring condiments. I was surprised the check out girl wasnt upset. She was very courteous and attended to his every wish, which told me she was a professional. I find it interesting that some customers can be so annoying, but these associates have to take it because they practice good customer service. In any case, I ordered the 8piece nuggets combo with a side of red beans and rice. My drink was a Sprite to go with the meal. The young lady that just finished with the previous customer didnt seem phased at all, she was polite, smiled sincerely and provided me with the same level of service. Amazingly, the food is good of course, this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen doesnt do anything out of the ordinary in the preparation of their food. I mean the red beans and rice, in my opinion are the best in the market of fast food. Nothing compares to the flavor and consistency. I never had the nuggets, but I was definitely ordering my red beans and rice with this meal. ”
